I like using the Mt-Tremblant Erg video.
Any flat/rolling course of 10 miles or more - several choices available in the course library.
Eagleman is a good flat course to do tempo work. It is always my go to course for that sort of work. It doesn’t hurt that Eagleman is usually my A race for the start of the season. One of the great things about a CT is being able to train on the type of course that you are going to race on regardless of the terrain where you live.
Download the Sufferfest Excel spreadsheet/Erg file creator here: http://viewsoftheroad.com/sufferfest-on-a-computrainer-version-3/
Then buy some Sufferfest videos and suffer a lot.
I like the 40 mile 8 flats course if I’m planning to ride about 2 hours (which is very often) at a light tempo pace. The gradients are interesting without being outrageous and the flat sections let you get into the zone nicely.
yeah - and if you don’t buy the videos, still make some files out of that spreadsheet and ride em. Great workout.

You really should buy the videos - the .erg files alone don’t have the cadence suggestions, and honestly, that puts a lot of the suffer in sufferfest…
