Just tried on a sample ( sleeve only) of Columbia’s Omni-Freeze wear. Claims to get cool or cold when it gets moist. Anyone know anything about it; have you tried it, does it work? If they make a long sleeve version that does cool you down looks like it might be just the thing for loooooooong rides in the heat.
Although I have not tried this Omni-Freeze I do have Omni-Heat and Omni-Shield and I like them both. They work as described and are solid technology. I’d bet that the Freeze does what they say.

I live in CA central valley were temps average 95+ degrees during the summer. For me, the tech did not work. I found that the performance of Columbia’s Omni-Freeze tech in their Solar Polar shirt was no better than those technical tees you get with your paid race entry.
