PSU gives reason for optimism. OSU at home and no Michigan and no Oregon on the schedule. The Defense showed well against WVU. As for their new offense and some wrinkles with the new OC, I am declaring simply that WVU showed that they are in the Big 12 as they can’t- won’t- don’t play defense.
