Must understand and demonstrate deep proficiency, and have a history with the language.Strong SQL query writing skills.XML/SOAP/AJAX experience.Really good at debugging web applications.Able to come up with solutions on your own, and very quickly.A self starter, and self-learner. You will work on a team, but will not be babysat. Must be able to complete projects.A team player, who is friendly, easy to work with, and has excellent communication skills.
