Let’s say I’ve brushed my teeth before going to bed. But then I am thirsty and drink a Coke/Sprite Zero. Do I need to brush my teeth again?
Thanks in advance.

Yes, more for the acid than the presumed (lack of) sugars.
How heavy is the tooth brush? Should you brush intensley or slow and steady?
That stuff is awful. What would you even try it?
No, it’s great. I bought it at Whole Foods in Boulder, so it’s pretty awesome.

I would have posted there, but big kahuna is a Pepsi guy…

That’s a great question. I often have a few pops before bed, but I always brush my teeth after the Coke Zero. It’s an orgasm in a can.
You guys are all suckers. But this is so subtle, I’m having a hard time trying to figure out what one of your athletes did.
Ever? Yes
That night? Likely
If sleeping beside Jennifer Aniston?
Coke Zero is the least of your problems…
