Cobb V-Flow saddles compared to a Terry Fly

How do the Cobb V-Flow saddles compare to a Terry Fly? I’ve got a Fly and the cutout in the saddle appears to be close. The V-Flow Max looks different with the dropped nose, but how close are the V-Flow and V-Flow Plus to a Fly?

Thanks,
George

The Fly is like a standard saddle with a cut out, the V-Flow Plus and Max especially are different. The “cutout” (actually trough would be a better description) is deeper as well as a bit wider (quite a bit on the Max). When you sit on a Cobb saddle they basically support the pubic rami on each side when you roll your pelvis forwards. Think of the Cobb saddle as having two 'rails" either side that support the bones to the inside of your adductors.
Give them a try, Cobb has a very generous return policy.

Have a terry. Just got a v flow for christmas. Will let you know. BUT, google “uneven terry fly”. Lots of complaints about terry, including mine.

thanks for the input. It’s either that everyone loves them, or their return policy, or both, that must be keeping me from finding anything out on ebay. Seen a couple of white ones, but those just won’t go with my bike. $150-$180 for a saddle is hard to swallow.
