For a disc wheel like Zipp that doesn’t exactly have a large opening for pump heads… When using a CO2 inflator on the road, are you attaching the crack pipe to the inflator, or is there a brand of inflator that has a head that is as small as a crack pipe?
Thx!
Lots of 90 degree bend CO2 inflator so out there. Xlab nanoflator, genuine innovations air chuck, that pricy $100 Silca. No crack pipe required with any of those, even on a disc.

I don’t have the newer version of the silca, just the classic crack pipe from years ago that I paid $15 for.
I have a super 9 disc. I can tell you that even with a 42mm valve, I cannot fit a Hirami pipe, like below, in there. Zipp makes the opening on the Super 9 very small.

Here’s what I use:http://www.amazon.com/Genuine-Innovations-G2642-Microflate-Inflator/dp/B0043AAWII
.
I use Lezyne’s CO2 chuck. 90 degrees, very compact and easy to use - attach, screw cartridge in all the way, unscrew a turn or two and off you go.
Their pumps come with a pretty good “crack-pipe” too - just a tiny, screw-on 90 degree head with a snap-fit that works well for hands-free inflation. Best thing? That thing was $4 (for my older pump - the new ones include it).
And for the sake of using up a CO2 cartidge check it all works in the comfortable unpressurised environment of home.
I know of more than one person who only finds out adaptor a doesnt fit extender b when they get a puncture during a race.
I like the Genuine Innovations air chuck
http://www.competitivecyclist.com/innovations-air-chuck-elite-inflator. It works well for disc wheels as well as any other wheel.

That’s what I use too. They are cheap. I bought two, one for each bike. Left it on the wrong bike once. Luckily no flats that day.
Just remember to buy threaded co2 canisters.
I like to buy 30 threaded CO2 cartridges from Amazon. I can normally find them for less than a dollar each.
