i love those old school cinelli bars! i have a problem tho, they only come with a 28mm standard size clamp and i run oversized 31.8mm bars. i really wont to run these bars because i find them to be perfect! does anyone know how i could go about finding a clamp that will work on oversizeds bars ??? or any other options??

I think you have two options, take your bars on a trawl around bike shops to find some o/s clamps you can take from other clip on or find a friendly machine shop take will shave the existing ones down.
In the end it might be easier for you to change your bars!
