I would recommend either BioWheels or Oakley Cyclery if you are looking for something in close proximity to downtown. However, if you are looking for more of the triathlon route and don’t mind driving about 40 minutes from downtown, then you may want to try Wheelie Fun in Lebanon. They are more set up to cater to the triathlete and have much more triathlon gear in their store. I have used all three of these with good results.

As far as road bikes go, they have Trek, Lemond, Litespeed, Moots, and a few others.
Road bike shop? Lots to choose from: Bioworks, Campus Cyclery or Cyclesport as mentioned. Overall wrenching, shop with tri stuff and great guys - definitely Wheelie Fun (but a bit of a drive north of Cincy)
