I’m planning on buying my wife a heart rate monitor for Christmas. The problem I’m having is that the watch portions all seemed to be sized for men. She wants one she can wear as a regular watch and still have it look reasonably like a women’s watch. Any suggestions?
By the way, I absolutely thrilled that my wife thinks this is an acceptable Christmas gift!
I’m not going to be much help since the one I bought and wear is one of the larger “men’s” models. I use the Timex Ironman HRM. I was in the same boat where I couldn’t find a slimmer women’s version. However, I decided to get the bigger one since it had the features I wanted and it didn’t look too ugly. The Timex one is a watch with a HRM instead of a HRM that has a clock (if that makes any sense at all). I mostly wear it for workouts, but occasionally I’ll wear it as a sporty watch. I was very self-conscious about it until my husband told me it was sexy!
