Who did they declare the winner? I think it was the athlete on the right (coming towards us). His chest was higher when they both broke the tape. Plus, he slid/rolled farther on the downside of the ramp.
At first I though that was a pad at the finish line but after watching slo-mo I don’t think so. Ouch.
