I am looking to upgrade a bike from Ultegra mechanical to Di2. I know a lot of the UK-based companies stopped shipping to the US. It seems a lot of individual parts can be bought from reputable US retailers piecemeal, but nobody offers a good deal on the full conversion kit. Anybody have a good recommendation?
Contact https://mybikeshop.com/. They are known for their great prices and service on wheels. But, they sell everything else bike, and are great. I was shopping anywhere when I did my Di2 upgrade a couple years ago, and I settled on MBS because they were US-based and would support it, and their price for a complete Di2 TT drivetrain upgrade was very close to lowest prices from the European shops.

If you’ve got the time to spare and don’t mind used parts, I’d highly recommend stalking the classifieds here and/or a bike gear swap Facebook group. You can potentially save some serious coin
I’ve just bought the full Di2 system over the BF sales recently, buying each part individually as they were popping up on different websites and managed it for £925 which I was super happy with; considering the only TT kit I could find was on vanillabikes for £1200 or so and didnt include some junctions to make it a clean install or the D-fly transmitter etc. For me it was a combo of Merlin Cycles, Sigma Sports, Wiggle and Slane Cycles.
