Cheapest place to buy Gatorade Endurance Powder?

So where are people getting this stuff? I see it for sale on the G-rade site but who is carrying the mix besides them?

I saw some bottled G-rade Endurance formula at my grocery store. The equivalent cost was $7.98 per gallon. FUCK THAT!! For that price it better do a lot more than hydrate me

Froogle needs a lot of work. Frequently finds many unrelated things for me and doesn’t find a lot of things in places I would know to look. Probably because some shopping pages are hard to web crawl.

I bought mix that will make me 9 gallons of regular Gatorade for less than $9.00 at Costco so I doubt I’m switching to the new formula at those prices any time soon.

Buy the normal Gatorade mix at the grocery store for $6.99, makes 6 gallons. Add some more salt yourself in your kitchen… empty 5 or 6 magnessium/potassium capsules into the can… Close Can and shake well… like magic you now have powder for 6 gallons of Gatorade Endurance.

rr,

I would definitely agree, but I am working out the ratios of salt/potassium/magnesium to add to the std Gatorade.

Its amazing that for negligable incremental costs associated with salt/potassium/magnesium gatorade charges 4-5x the cost of regular gatorade. I guess they are expecting the consumer to pay for all their advertisements for the new formula. I guess I have sour grapes, but I finally got my IM nutrition dialed in using the old gatorade formula and now I have to experiment with this new overpriced crap.

OK rant over. But if anyone seems to have figured out the right quantities of salt/potassium/magnesium to std gatorade and how to mix it well I am all ears.

Peace,

RF

I’ve looked extensively and this is the cheapest place by volume. I bought a case (14/51 ounce packets of powder) and it lasted over a year.

I’m hoping Walmart is carrying it by the time I need it later this summer. The difference in price is really got my panties in a bunch.

What the fuck? I can get regular Gatorade at Walmart for under $7 for a big can but this crap is $25? I didn’t realize we have a sodium and potassium shortage. Who knew the damn Saudis have all that stuff too.

I’m going to have to break down and get some though as I have no desire to try it for the first time on race day.

Best places are big online nutrition shops - I found it in the big can for $12.87 (936 Gram) and $15.99 for the Recovery. Still not cheap though.
