I’ve got an Ergomo caron-crank 9/10sp - but my chain gets “stuck” between the big and small ring when gearing down. It is really P*&&ing me off! Any suggestions, help needed.
Most likely, one of the rings is installed the wrong way. Check the stamps to see if its the big or small ring. Usually is the small ring, as the big is easier to see what way to mount it.
Thanks for reply - sad for me, both are stuck on the right (correct that is) way. Any other suggestions. Seriously, I need some tips. It’s not a worn chain either…

That shouldn’t be happening. the chain shouldn’t FIT between the two. I would contact ergomo and ask them. The only thing I can think of is that the 10 speed chain doesn’t work with a 9speed crank.
