I built this bike up for my wife. She just never rides the road bike anymore (MTB only). It is sold as a complete bike minus the wheels (700c) and garmin. Repeat, the wheels/garmin are not for sale.

Would you ship to the UK, and would you consider selling only the frame set (frame, seat post, clamp, headset, fork)?
In any event, how well did you find the 48cm fitted your wife? I am looking to buy for someone who is 5’ on the nail (or sub-Emma Pooley sized, as I prefer to think of it).
