Does Cervelo make a seatposy insert so you can run a standard round seatpost on a Soloist? I’m getting a little frustrated w/ the design on this aero post…I couldn’t get my Arione saddle level, so I had a shop take off 5mm of the adjustment bolt(as advised) and it still wasn’t enough…so back to the shop. Seems like the design needs to be buffed a bit!!

LOL…yep, same situation with me. I’m using the older model seatpost head (chrome). I prefer it to the “newer” version b/c the limit screw didn’t allow enough clearance. So…my Arione sits a tad bit “upward” in front. Never thought of customizing it b/c it feels fine.
I’d be curious as to your solution when you get it nailed down.
If I had an extra Cervelo post…I bet my machinist friend could retrofit one of my Burrows seat post heads to work (which, is a really nice clamp, BTW). It’s not quite the size, but could perhaps be customized.
