Cervelo P3 saddle bag/pouch question

I would like to get a saddle bag/pouch for my Cervelo P3, but can’t seem to find one that fits the very wide seat post. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do or product that will fit best?

Thank you
Scott

I have a normal saddle bag/pouch on mine. Yeah, it doesn’t fit like one normally does on other bikes but it works. I only use the two straps that attach to the saddle rails. The bag sort of tilts up, but fits snug under my saddle. I have a Specialized Toupe saddle on my ride. A friend did the same thing but used the two additional straps to attach it around the seat stem.

Sci-Con Elan saddle bags. They only attach to the seat rails and not to the seatpost. They make a smaller one which works great for a clincher tube, small folding tool, and one CO2 cartridge. They also make one called the tubular that is bigger and can hold a tubie. They’re a little harder to find, but run $20-$30.

Get one of these and really differentiate your P3C from all the rest: http://www.kriegcycling.com/bags.aspx

I did the same. Small bag using the 2-rail straps only. Tucks in nice and high

You can also pick up a strip of double-sided velcro from a crafts store and extend the loop on any old bag to fit around your seat post.
