I had a friend crash her Cervelo P2. She is working with her local bike shop and Cervelo to get answers on a replacement fork but she’s getting no answers.
If she gets no answers from Cervelo what would be an option for a replacement fork?

Cervelo has replacement forks for just about all their bikes a Cervelo dealer can order one.
New P2 or old?
If new, see if you can find a P5-6 or new P3 fork. It’s a nice little upgrade. Lots of forks will fit the old P2.

If it’s a new P2 anything but the new P2, P3, or P5 forks are going to look and perform like shit. I’ve seen lots of these forks used and even new on ebay for a lot less than Cervelo would charge. <$200.
