If you are getting custom stickers made just cut/paste a higher res jpg or bitmap image from the net (Cervelo site, online dealer etc) and talk to your sticker maker. Shouldn’t be an issue at all to reproduce stickers for a one off frame repaint.
…or buy the decals via e-bay.
