Centrelock vs 6 Bolt

For ease of maintenance, centrelock all the way.
Most people overtighten the 6 bolts and don’t use locktight as specified.
This distorts the disc mount and makes your nice shiny new rotor bend when fitted.

Centrelock just goes on and works in a tiny fraction of the time with no locktight required, no torque wrench required, no flange distortion, no disc warpage from distorted hubs and requires no special tools as they are the same as current freewheel or BB tools that everybody that will do this sort of maintenance will already own.

I hate 6 bolt, simple as that.
Has zero advantages, is heavier, longer to work on and more likely to run warped discs.
Is the only type to come undone when you don’t want it to and often needs to be removed for bearing change, doubling the time to do the job.

You got it wrong with the weight. 6 bolt is lighter if you take into account all the elements. All the other advantages you mention are moot if you have basic skills.
