I just packed the bike up after my last EZ spin to get some blood in the legs.

I fly out tomorrow and crawl around 3 two-loop courses on Sunday.

I will be there cheering for everyone, I think I’ll make a sign for slowtwitchers… how about “SLOWTWITCHERS MAKE BETTER LOVERS”

Also will be handing out finisher’s certificates on Monday so come say hi if you see me!
