Cateye Mity 8 Computer Help

My instructions are in French I think. I cant figure out how to change the time on this thing and I am a bit confused as to what buttons do what. I wanna use this thing to its potential but dont want to fiddle with it on a ride either. Any pointers would be helpful at this point.
