Carbon post/frame advice?

I have several scenarios I need help with.

  1. Cervelo RS (carbon frame) with carbon seatpost. Should I use normal cycling grease or carbon paste?
  2. Scott CX aluminum frame with carbon post. Should I use normal cycling grease or carbon paste?
