No, but I have used Calfee and their work was flawless.
Yes - and they do a very good job! Less costly than others too.

I sent it to Predator who is local to me and the frame came back with no finish and the down tube repair failed 1st race when I went down. I talked to Bahati after the race who referred me to Spyder, he told me Spyder does great work and will cut me a deal since I race. I sent my Venge to these guys for the x-ray and repair, after the repair I decided to have it painted like another frame they had hanging on the wall. The total cost of paint and repair were less then $400 to go from black to blue.
I tried to post a pic but can’t figure it out but you can see my frame on there tumbler or facebook site. It is truly the most beautiful frame I’ve seen.
All I can tell you is they’re associated with a very dubious shipping company on their website.
I just sent my Venge to Calfee.
I lookd at Spyder, their work seems good, and they are by far the most reasonably priced. However, I read nothing but horrible reviews on line. People said it took months longer than they were told to get the repair done. Most people said it took multiple phone calls to even get a response, and when they did it was always “it should be done this week” over and over again.
I decided I didn’t need the headache of having to babysit a repair company and sent it to Calfee, It shipped out this past Monday, a little over 3 weeks since they received it.
