Does anyone know if Canyon or an after market company sells extension piece for the Aerobar below. I am looking for the piece that you can adjust in and out the bigger tube that connects to where your hands lay.
Is there also a way to buy longer hand mounts? I have a picture below of the section I am referring to.
(I am US based and find it very difficult to find these parts on the Canyon website)

Yes … I have the same problem … but I have been too lazy to investigate further. Canyon will sell you the entire bar

I recommend you ask Canyon for: “Canyon GP0243 Aerobar Large”. It’s not on the webpage, but you might be lucky. FYI, it’d be different not only for the telescopic extension, but also the grips would be longer, I believe.
PS If I knew 2 weeks ago, I’d have sent you the whole Large extension I had from a post-accident frameset. It’s been sold in-between.
What you want is Stride Carbon mono-bar replacement for Canyon. It’s longer than Canyon has. I got one & it’s better than the Canyon original…carbon instead of aluminum. Had to find an alternate as my fitter had me order the wrong size after wanting me on 20 degree angle…and basic geometry says bar needs to be longer if going up…yeah…so that cost me $$ I shouldn’t have spent as well as about 1 month, waiting for it to get from Poland thru customs, etc.
When ordering from Canyon, you basically have to order an entire new cockpit & you only need the extension pole probably…so go with Stride. Transaction was simple and communication was really good. It’s your only alternative to the “mess” that Canyon has become with ordering parts.
