cereal
bananas
apples
turkey sandwich
broccoli
strawberries
chicken breasts
rice
apple/orange/grape juice
Something like that. I also tend to much on carrots, especially in the evenings.
Personally, I think it’s pretty cool I like being able to almost fart on command. But my girlfriend isn’t such a big fan. Anyone else suffer from this? Or have any suggestions on how to make it less pronounced?
It should settle down over time. I find that once I added legumes & beans to my diet in earnest, it kicked back up again, but settled down within a few months. However, I still fart a lot when riding the trainer
The most efficient vehicles emit very low levels of pollution and this is because ‘all’ the fuel is burned in the cylinder…with very little coming out of the tail pipe.
You are not burning your carbs completely and you have too much unburned fuel coming out of your tailpipe, so either you are not training hard enough (burning the fuel completely) or you are eating too many carbs for the level of training that you are doing.

I totally fart when I’m racing if I can. Although I did a 5-miler this morning and just couldn’t while I was running - I would have had to stop to let it out. But as soon as I went through the finish line… I feel sorry for the people that were behind me
What type of bread are you using on your sandwiches? Multi grains make me toot, much to the chagrin of my family. I was in a race recently and a guy from down under ripped one. I don’t know if he knew I was there. Didn’t make him go faster but I made sure I got and stayed in front of him :p.
Cut out bread and anything with a lot of yeast. If you must eat bread, eat rye yeast free bread. If you can’t find yeast-free bread, toast it to reduce the yeast effect.
Go to a pharmacy or health food store and get Beano. It works. For a few days take two or three tablets before you eat lunch and dinner until you stop farting all the time.
What do you mean no smell? It still smells, especially if swimming behind the farter! Farting in the bath is THE best though, great resonance off the sides! Usually grosses out the gf too, BONUS!
