Can someone help me out with Hed Warranty? Flip lites

I emailed Hed around 3 weeks ago and haven’t received any reply or acknowledgement from them yet. Anyway, the brackets of my flip light cracked while i was riding. At first i just felt my elbows dipped a little as i rode a rough patch of road. And as the ride went on, it just kept dipping down so i went down and checked and found out that it has cracked.

don’t know how to post a pic so my friend campled will post it for me.

Call them on the phone. Can’t answer for why your email hasn’t received attention. But I can guarantee you’ll get action if you phone them. VERY easy to work with.

+1 on calling them. You’ll get right through. They took good care of me.

best company I have ever dealt with, when you ring them they love what they love waht they do so much that it sometimes hard getting off the phone, I see this as a good thing

+1 on HED customer service. I had the same issue with one of my clips. They replaced both. I called about it in the morning and had new clips by close of biz that day. I live in St. Paul near HED offices, so that speeds things up. Anytime I’ve had any issue, they are on it!

TriBiguy and the others - Thanks for the reply. I live in Manila and time diffrerence wise, it’d be hard for me to call them.

Sir Slowman, you just assumed that i want to get intenet leverage by asking a question like that and i’m barking up the wrong tree? I posted knowing that a lot of folks here sometimes are connected or know someone who works for the company that can help me out. There was no malice in my part when i asked that question. And in no way did i say that they have bad customer service. What i just said was a fact that i have not received an email from them after more than 3 weeks. And for the record, i love Hed products and will continue to support them

If no one can help me out, it’s okay too. I’ll just pay for the $40 new bracket

My experience a few years ago was also that they didn’t answer my initial email.

Manila? Hed opens in less than 2 hours. Call them - and your problem will be solved.

As others have said, I have heard that you need to call them. They answer the phone and they build wheels all day.

You are 13 hours ahead of them.

Try calling at 5am your local time on Tuesday morning or try calling them right now if you are still awake.
