Can someone do the math on this for me?

CHICAGO – Firefighters rescued a 31-year-old woman and her 2-year-old granddaughter from their burning Englewood house early Monday on the South Side.

I’m just saying, 31 year old grandma…and not a “New” grandma but a 2yr old. At this rate she could be a “Great Great Grandma before she’s able to get Social security”

The apple doesn’t fall from the tree…

Wanna bet no one knows where any of the daddies are?

I remember reading an article in a tabloid many years ago (I know, but I was just a kid) about a “Youngest Grandmother” contest. The winner was 28.

This woman would have been a close second.

My wife works at the county health department and sadly there is a fairly regular stream of pregnant 12 year olds. Our area is fairly small probably 250-300K for the entire county. She often says this type of thing is perpetuated generation after generation but I don’t think she’s seen a 13/13 split. She did have one that had something like 3-4 kids by the age of 18 once. Single, twins, and a another single I think from. Started at 14 had the last one while she was still 18.

Dang, if I would have had my kid at 12 she’d be 22 by now and I could get in all the training I want. Now I’ll be in my 40s before I have that freedom.

here is what happened

the 31 year old woman had a son, was then divorced and remarried

her son married the mother of his mother’s 2nd husband

thus the son immediately became the father of his father

now her son had a child with his mother’s husbands mother, this child is the grandchild of his (now) 31 yo mother, this child is also the brother of his father

now the 31 yo woman also had a child with her new husband . . .

As long as none of them are being supported by taxpayers while engaging in this activity, then I have no real problem with it.

This sounds like the woman that I know whose mother married her husband’s dad, which made her be her own kids’ step-aunt.

And no, she doesn’t live in Tennessee.

That made my head hurt.

What’s their family tree… a wreath!!!

Actually sounds like my family…

My wife and I adopted her great niece. So now her Grandpa is also her uncle, her great grandma is also her grandma and her mother is her great aunt.

Of course that’s nothing compared to my wifes family whom has 3 half bothers…two of which are not related to the other one :-)…if I got any of that right.
