I’ve use my compression socks 2XU for recovery and they work great. However, the 3 runs I used them on it seemed like my legs were more sore. Can they be too tight?
I picked up a pair of 2XU compression calf guards for long pre & post race travel. The first time I used them was a 8 hour drive a few days before a race…after about an hour I couldn’t take it anymore and had to take them off.
If compressions good…torture must be better, right? After I sized up things were much better.
Yes, they can be too tight!
