Can a braze-on FD be converted to clamp?

I have a Force FD (braze-on) & have a frame coming my way w/ no braze.

Can you simply buy an adapter, or is the physical construction somehow different b/t a clamp & braze?

It is that easy. Several mfg make clamps for FD.

There are many out there; just make sure you get the right diameter.

x2 there are only a few mms between sizes and its easy to buy the wrong one.
