Cabling a cervelo soloist?

I just replaced the right shifter on my cervelo soloist, however now that i’ve put it all back togeather I have two housings which don’t seem to go anywhere… what am i missing? - do they go internally? I’m rather confused, all the housing on the outside seems to be in the right place.

First, I think that you mean Gerard, not Gerald.

Second…are these the cables that go to the brake and rear Der at the rear of the bike? Is one a spiral wound shift cable and the other a flat wound brake cable (housing)?
