Started doing these on a daily basis…good upper and lower body workout and since I refuse to go to the gym, lift weights, or do much of anything besides SBR due to time constraints and other priorities, seems like a good way to work the “other” muscles. Anyone else doing these on a regular basis?
I did the 30 day challenge where you build up to 100. I changed up my approach. Some days nice and slow, keeping it aerobic. Other days as fast I could, very anaerobic.
I plan to do them every once in awhile when I can’t find time to workout.
I am going to start doing these more I want to be able to do them with a ton of power just because its a sweet athletic move, and I am tired of being so sluggish. If you fall on the run you can snap up to your feet in style.

I do them under pull up bars. Drop, push up, pop up, do a pull up. Repeat.
