As header suggests, I am looking for solution/ideas/examples of how to setup BTA bottle with some sort of a riser block for this basic Canyon speedmax/PD front. Have been rocking the HC mount with a regular bottle but its hard to get the poles narrow and finding a suitable riser kit.

Might not be exactly what you’re looking for, but I switched to Supersonic J5 bracket when changing out the the extensions. You can use the Supersonic BTA J5 bridge with that bracket. I’m using this in combo with the 43ASC extensions.
You’re restricted to the extensions being a fixed 100mm apart (center to center) - but thats probably fine for most, you can play around with some inward rotation to reduce that at the furthest end.
I haven’t tried adding height to the bottle cage on top of the bracket, but shouldn’t be too difficult.
