Not sure how popular this system is, don’t see many out in the wild, but curious if anyone has come up with a BTA bottle mounting solution. Dual-stack systems come with a carbon brace and I’ve been toying with using it as a template to cut my own out of a carbon fiber plate.
If you have riser spacers, you can add a bridge between the spacers that has a BTA water bottle cage mount included.
Here is Sync’s bridge sans included bta mount: Aero UCI Bridges - Sync Ergonomics
Ask them to add bta threaded bolt holes?
Speeco has one and while they mention the BTA set up here, they don’t have any pictures: https://www.speeco.tech/product/spacer-bridge-tt-tri-bta-mounting/
Speedbar also has one. No photos at this time, but Trevor, Jelle and Morgan will have this bta spacer bridge mount this year.

I’m working on an adjustable version that is a spacer on your dual stack. Will be ready in about a month
Sync are releasing a BTA and upgraded pad system ‘soon’. Not sure exactly when but I’ve been checking their site every day.
I wasn’t aware of a new pad system being released too. I’m trying to make something myself and ordered a piece of carbon fiber to experiment with, since it seems like there isn’t a great solution out there and I don’t want to wait.
If I can find a way to hijack a CNC router I think I’ll try my hand at making something myself. The pictures of that 3D printed option from Slipstream show the carbon fiber brace, I think you could cut a new carbon fiber sheet and add some “ears” in the middle spaced out to accommodate a standard bottle cage.
I ordered a 2.5mm piece from Amazon for $22, I’m going to give it a shot.
The slipstream ones go between the cup and the last sync riser
So, the forthcoming Sync BTA solution is very slick but now delayed to the end of June.
It’ll be a somewhat slow process but I’m going to fashion my own mounting plate from a piece of carbon fiber prepreg based on the dual-stack bridge that Sync includes (mine is hopefully en route and wasn’t included with my order). It’ll be good enough for training but I think the Sync solution will be much better for racing/aerodynamics.
I will say that Ken has been SUPER helpful in responding to my emails before and after my purchase.
