What’s the rim width of your FLO wheels? And if you said that there is still 2mm of spacer between the brakepad holder and the caliper arm, does that mean that you only removed the 1mm spacer? (I read that there are two spacers installed as factory default - a 2mm and a 1mm.)
The HED Jet 5’s rim width is 23mm.
