He came to do a bike fit in Rochester, NY w/ JC and did a great job. He knows his stuff and is a great guy. He even helped me work on my swim.
Last week I needed a new set of wheels just before the Eagleman tri and he answered all my questions and got me wheels on a real quick turnaround. He called to make sure I got them even while on his vacation. Great guy, great bike guy.
