Breathing on the weakside

I’m sorry to start this post because there was one going yesterday and I forgot the name of it.
I did my right side only breathing today which is my non dominant side. In the 100yds, I was slower by 5 sec, However and this is a biggg however. I have improved from a 1:50 fastest dominant side breathing 2 months ago to a 1:36 non dominant side. Absolute shocker to me. I really thought I’d get no improved times this year. My dominant side was 1:31. This is just starting in the shallow end with push off and open turns.
Now the question is can I hold maybe at least a 1:40 for 500yds. I have 2 months before my 1st OLY of the year.
Great links yesterday also about the pro triathlete that trained on non dominant breathing side.

I do close to 2/3 of my swimming alternating breathing sides each 50m. usually the only time I stick to my strong side is doing 100-500m intervals. my times are fairly equal either side but I don’t feel comfortable on my weak side.
