So as a small business owner you’re fine with pointing consumers to discount websites in a different industry? I don’t own a bike shop so I don’t care, just seems a like a callous attitude.

Not a callous attitude, Just know enough to know that consumers can easily find cheaper prices online so I am not trying to steer people away from it.
If I dont want said consumer to shop there then I can beat the websites with knowledge and customer service. I happen to own a surf shop and www.whiskeymalitia.com sells alot of the same stuff. Big Deal if people want to shop on there and save some money good for them I would do the same, but if they want no hassle returns, knowledge about the sport they are pursueing then they will come to the store

Do you buy a bike made in the US or Thailand?? I dont make bikes so I dont care? Seems kind of callous to me!
