Bmc tm01 (1)

Not for sale at this time, I will repost it in early June.

I’m going to post my TM01 on here for a week and if it does not sell I will keep it through this season. It is also listed on e-bay.

2012 BMC TM01 Size Large

The bike is in excellent condition with about 100 road miles on it and the rest trainer time. All parts were bought new in February/March of this year unless otherwise noted. These bikes are extremely difficult to find and are not available from the factory with a powermeter option.

-Size L BMC TM01 Frame/Fork/Seatpost
-Basebar HED Corsair E drop bar * there is a scratch on the top of the bar. I can’t get a picture of it, but if you stand at the right angle in the light you can see it. It is only in the clear-coat.
-Extensions Profile Design Cobra T2+ Carbon
-Saddle ISM Adamo Racing
-Cables Nokon/Jagwire
-Barend Shifters Shimano Dura Ace
-Derailleurs Shimano Ultegra
-Brakes BMC Integrated/Yellow Swiss Stop Pads
-Brake Levers SRAM TT900
-Crankset/Powermeter Quarq SRAM S975 BB30 175 - 53/39
-Bottom Bracket SRAM BB30 Pressfit
-Front Wheel HED Stinger 9
-Rear Wheel HED Stinger Disc
-Tires Bontrager RXL Pro Tubular
-Skewers Bolt-on Track
-Chain Shimano Ultegra
-Cassette Shimano Dura Ace 11-25
-Pedals and cages not included

Hed wheels are 2010 version, but due to injury they have only been ridden about 100 miles - there are yellow streaks on the braking surface from the yellow Swiss Stop pads. Tires were glued just two weeks ago. Cassette is a couple of years old, but only used on the race wheels. All other items were purchased since February. All hardware that came with the bike is included (additional stem spacers, wedges, stem cover, installation DVD, manual and aero covers). Please contact me with any questions or if there are specific items you would like close-up pictures of.

OMG this is now my dream bike!

Free bump. Such a nice looking bike. Might be switching my order for this machine!

Nice!

I’m in the market for this exact bike. However, I already have 808 FCs with a powermeter.

Thoughts on selling without the wheels?

If it does not sell I will part it out, but I am going to try and move it as a package now.

Definitely understandable; it would be easier to unload it as a whole. I found one in CT, but I really didn’t want to make the drive to New England when yours is right down I-81. Haha.

Good luck with the sale. Even if it doesn’t sell, you’ll have a great season on it!

why would you ride it 100 miles and sell it?

Opening post states that he’s injured.

To OP: Would this fit a 5’8" long and low cyclist? Usually fit on a 51 P3.

Cant fit a L… darn!

I could not see someone 5-8 riding it. There is a lot of adjustability, but I would say a M or M-L would work for you.

Bump for a beautiful bike!

How much for 30 minutes with her at motel 6?

How tall are you? I was fitted for M/L but I don’t see why this won’t fit me.

Do you have the original wheels that came with it? If so, would you consider selling it with those wheels or no wheels and without the HED aero bar and the extensions?

I’m 6-3. I’ve had both frame sizes and there are a couple of types of people that would have difficulty on the large. The first is someone who needs a lot of room behind the bottom bracket and has the seat in the 4th slot and all the way back on the rails. Unless this person had a long torso, it might be difficult to get the stem position short enough. This probably is not an issue for the Tri crowd, but for someone with a traditional TT setup it might be an issue. The second body type would be someone who was at the lower end of the M/L frame and was running the shortest stem setup. Again, the issue would be getting the stem short enough. Most people that fit on an M/L would be fine on the L. Going the other way is a different story.

As for parting the bike out, I am going to have this for sale until Friday evening as a complete bike. If it does not sell I will race it through May and then re-post it with various wheel/crank options. I doubt I will sell it as a frameset only option unless BMC opens the floodgates on production and I have problems moving it.

Looking for a new bike if reposted how much for the full bike
