Haven’t read transcripts or seen the news (not likely either- heavy testing for a couple weeks), but wasn’t 2/3 vote required to oust him?

Unfortunately when one corrupt politician is removed, they’re replaced by another that just picks up the slack in the corruption department. Corruption in politics in Illinois, seems to be just how “things are done” and it’s been like that for decades.
There’s a sign going around depicting an Illinois l;isence plate with Ryan and Blago’s picture on it (instead of Abe Lincoln) with the words, "Illinois: Where the governors make the license plates.
Funny, but then again … not so much.
