Have any of you tried running in these Bite sandals? They look very cool. I was trying to find something to wear around the pool, during summer, and ran across a sandal which seriously was made for running.
Before everybody blasts the thing, and support problems and what not, just look at it, and how he designed it. He’s got some contest going back to last year, too:

I’ve never tried Bite sandals, but their golf shoes are top notch. I have been wearing them for five years and have zero complaints. Based on my golf shoe experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any Bite shoe.
On the sandal side, I just purchased a pair of Keen sandals that are by far the best sandals I have ever owned, and are very comfy. I think the website is keenfootwear.com, but they are available at REI and Nordstom as well.

Do you happen to know how they run size-wise? My husband is constntly forgetting to bring his running shoes and ends up running in his sandals - at least if he had these, it might be better than what he’s currently running in! But he wears a 10.5 EE running shoe, and I’m not sure how to size him in these. I’ll contact the vendor and see if they can help.
