Anyone has experience with the case, and if so, how do you like it?
I will be using it mostly for road bike (56cm). The reviews online seem to be very positive. Any feedback would be much appreciated.

I have this case and its prior version and have been nothing but satisfied with Biknd. It’s light, easy to pack and maneuver, and I feel like my bike is about as safe as possible. I’ve only packed one set of wheels, but two would fit just fine. Even though everything is really secure in there and it’s pretty obvious how the case works, I still try to get TSA to do their inspection with me present, just for that added piece of mind.
Thanks for the info. Does the case fit into car trunk or backseat easily or it would require a SUV or hatchback/fold-down seats?
I can not speak to the Helium, but I have the Jetpack
Its well made - I transport my enduro, tri and road bikes in it
There were some initial teething problems with the quality of the plastic used in the inflatable wheel protectors
On two occasions they deflated / punctured in flight - the bike was fine as there was still plenty of protection but I immediately upon landing e-mailed Biknd.
They sent replacements next day from CA to France and somewhere else - I can nto remember
Customer service is first rate and the case has been a great buy
Very impressed
Biknd’s customer service is right up there with some of the best companies out there. I have had replacement inflatable inserts and replacement wheels, which I wanted to pay for as they were damaged in transit. No fault of Biknd, but they replaced them FOC, including shipping from Canada to the UK. Top people!
I’ve only put it in an SUV. It might be tight in a trunk or backseat, particularly in the backseat due to the height of the case.
