Does anyone know of any bike shops in Rochester, NY that might let me rent a bike to get some training in while I’m there over the 4th of July weekend?
Towners on University is a cool place, not sure if they rent bikes but worth checking out. Otherwise I know pedallers bike shop on E. Henrietta Road rents bikes.
Geneva Bikes rents (they even rent premium bikes), but it’s in Geneva which is about 45 minutes away, but if it’s on your way it’s definitely worth it.

Park Ave Bikes or Towpath are both good places to try. You could also post to the local RATS (Rochester Area Triathletes) web board.
Call Park Ave, Towpath, and Full Moon Vista. All great shops. I would recommend Swain Sports in Geneseo (becasue I work there), but we do not rent.
