“Tri-it bike shop” in Orange Beach,AL alittle east of mobile.
Dragon Sports in Pensacola and Ft. Walton Beach. They have some great deals on a few last year’s models still in stock. Great customer service and great hours.
Eastern Shore Schwinn is a great bike shop in Daphne, across the bay from Mobile, tell Phil I said hi, that would be my first choice to go to. You can also try Cadence 120 Bikes on Old Shell Road and University. The tri shop in Orange Beach opened up just after I moved away from Mobile, but I have always heard good things about it. I have also heard that a good shop has opened up on Hillcrest between Grelot and Airport, but I haven’t been there to confirm. I used Mobile Schwinn on Cottage Hill a lot when I lived there, they didn’t usually have what I needed but were usually able to order it for me.
I’ve been happy with both Tri-it and Dragon Sports.
Another vote for Tri-it Bicycle Shop in Orange Beach.
Definitely check out Dragon Sports in Pensacola and Fort Walton: http://www.dragonsports.net/
The only problem I have is that Don, who runs the P’cola store keeps winning my age group. Come on Don, be nice to your customers.

Thanks for your help, everbody!
We have a wonderful stocking dealer in Mobile, AL. Cadence 120 Bicycle works. They are located at:
5558 Old Shell Rd
Mobile, AL 36608
We were introduced to the shop by a client of theirs who was only interested in riding Elite and having the service of his local shop. All parties have been very happy ever since, additionally the feed back we have received from other current Elite/120 clients has all been very positive as well.
All the best
DGG
I have had great fortune with PathWorks Bicycles ( They may be listed in the phone book as Just Ridin’ bicycles) located on Hillcrest, just south of Airport. Clint and Mark know their stuff and were a huge help to me as I got started in triathlons last year. -Paul
