Bike Rentals in Tampa/Orlando

Hi Floridians

i will be on business in Orlando and Tampa in a few weeks and have the better part of a whole day with nothing going on— Have any idea where I could rent a bike-- or do you have suggestions for a good place to ride?

Responding from Orlando - I dont know of any local shops that rent a decent bike. In Tampa area (Seminole in Pinellas Co) I beleive that Lou’s bike shop rents bikes. Plenty of rides to join in in both areas. Be happy to share details if you can say when and where you will be.

I think you can rent an entry level Trek at David’s World in Orlando.

$50.00/day for a trek 1500? Seems steep to me, as you can rent a nice car for that amount.
