very nice…just add a black seatpost and some black chainrings and that thing is totally stealth!!
While I agree with you, I think that’s gonna have to wait until 2006…this puppy already killed (many, many times over) the tri budget for 2005. My better half would be “less than supportive”, shall we say?
That saddle angle looks like it must be painful to your area.
Is that a litterbox by the front wheel?
Dave,
Beautiful ride - we have a 54cm Arcole that we need to build up. I also wish the Selfcof post that was spec’d came black.
FWIW, the PT hub has been recalled since it is giving inaccurate wattage readings incurred by a drag. Zipp is no longer selling the PT wheels unless you send them the hub to build or do it yourself.
How do you transition with the cages so freaking high?
I hate cats…no way that’s a litter box. Actually, not sure what it is…

OK… you know… what with Tom here on the forum… that’s not very PC here!
Dave,
Sweet ride – are you going to make its race debut at St. George next weekend?
Mike
Oh ya…I’m aware of that…however my TOTAL, UTTER, AND COMPLETE disdain for them prevents me from being anywhere near PC regarding cats.
Nah…didn’t sign up in time. My first tri of the year will be at Echo…doing the 1/2 IM there. Are you doing St. George?
I am doing the Oly at St. George and the 1/2 at Echo. I will be that guy you fly by with your killer new bike. If you are in stealth mode, I hope I can see you as you do your flyby.
Mike
Hey Guys … if you are riding the Selcof post laid back you could equally use a thompson zero setback in black (they come in the 25.0) Scott used to have Selcofs in black, not sure why the silver now.
Bike looks great!

Seems to some kind of black fairing that matches the width of the seat tube and ‘disappears’ under the saddle would solve the problem. Of course I have no idea how to go about producing/obtaining one but Bunnyman might have some ideas!
Nice work, Dave.
Nice, very nice. I like the matching red pedals and xlab saddlewing. Now that is attention to detail! Some black zerogravity brakes with the red brake shoes would make it completely stealth-ninja!

Your grage door hinge looks a little slanted to the right…
That is one saweeeet ride! But with such a beautiful frame and wheel setup why such a shallow drop? Can’t be all that aero overall sitting up so tall. Get more agressive man!
It’s going to be a gradual drop for me…gotta get used to the setup a bit, then I’ll get a bit more aggresive…definitely will happen before the first race.
One of those Aero Alien Carbons posts would make the transition from seat tube to seat post look better. Also, all the spacers under a stem that has a projected aero fairing looks a little weird. I think Vision makes spacers shaped like that so it looks more seamless. Sweet ride though, very jealous.
