I once had a link to a great site where I could down load chapter by chapter the Bicycle Maintenance Guides. I don’t remember the name of the guide and I lost the link.

Does anyone have and links or names of reputable bike mechanic guides.

Printed ones – Zinn & The Art Of Road Bike Maintenance is great and reasonably priced. Has everything I’ve ever needed. ($19.95)

Barnett’s is THE BEST though, but also the spendiest. You will know EVERYTHING if you own it.

Park Tools also has a great online guide that has picture by picture, step by step guides on how to do most stuff (using Park Tools, but you can extrapolate)… http://www.parktool.com

Yes, the link that I had was the Barnett’s. Every chapter available for download. I printed what I needed at the time, but have since lost the link. I wish I had printed and bound the entire thing…

if you do a web search for - barnetts_ch??.pdf you’ll find links to most all chapters. I’ve found everything I’ve needed this way. A couple chapters might not be the most recent version, but I’ve never had a problem with what I’ve found.

If you want chapter32 look for - barnetts_ch32.pdf. Just keep changinf the numbers for the chapters you want and I bet you’ll find what you’re looking for.
