Is the XX1 quarq boost compatible?

It’s not boost. but it’s only a 3mm difference. Depending on the bike - and, in particular, the tires - you can almost certainly run it without issue. There are also 3mm spacers to adapt it for boost use; just pushes the chainring out 3mm.
