I am looking to get a light for riding and training when it carries into the darkness. I want something bright but not too big and bulky as well as reasonable price. Does anyone have some good recommendations ?
I use this one. Very bright. The next size up is incredibly bright.

To see, or to be seen?
Light and motion (Urban series) makes pretty good lights, as does Lezyne (Microdrive), in the “to be seen” category. Not much experience in the “to see” category myself…
I recently purchased a new light set and have been very happy with this one. Very easy attachment and small and light.

If you want “to see” light - nightrider makes a 500 lumens light that is fantastic.

I’m a HUGE fan of these:

Super bright, good battery life, and very easy to use. Once you use self-contained lights (that are this bright), you’ll never go back to external battery.
+1 on the light and motion urban series. I love mine and it’s super bright when on high power. I have the 400 and I can light up the ground from the 16th floor balcony.
I have the Niterider Lumina 500 and it is super bright, has USB charging, and makes cars stop short because they think I’m a motorcycle it’s so bright

I have Dinotte. Very (VERY) pleased with it. Quite pricey.

But I only have the rear light. I surmise that their front light is also top notch.
I think that Jordan reviewed lights before? Just search “Dinotte” in these forums.
I’m sure there are other good options; just giving my personal opinion of Dinotte.
The Moonshield 60 rear light is super freaking bright, around $50-$60 from memory

I’ve used a BBB Strike 500 during my winter commuting, see http://road.cc/content/review/70699-bbb-strike-500-front-light for a review. I’m perfectly happy with it, especially considering the price. I ride through the dunes where it’s pitch dark so I need a decent bike light.
