What worthwhile bike fit courses are there in the UK and which ones would you recommend attending, if any.

Tony Corke’s courses in my opinion (compared to all the others I’ve done) are leaps and bounds ahead of the field.

I’ll second Jon’s recommendation for Tony Corke’s courses - really good. I’ve done two now and found them to be really useful
